Great location for exploring the city.
I was disappointed with the room's size and cleanliness. It was much smaller than advertised and had dirty tiles in the bathroom. The absence of a washing machine or proper kitchen equipment was frustrating during our long stay.

The rooms were extremely spacious in general, on level 16. I enjoyed the breakfast with lots of good food. This accommodation had a central setting right on top of a new shopping mall.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel, favourable location by the shops for a great shopping experience and courteous staff. Comfortable room, cozy bed and clean bathroom. A dining area, a small kitchen, and a storage were convenient. Location next to train, metro and bus station as well as the Q square mall...

We stayed in a quadruple room with great comfort for our family with children. The location is perfect, with easy access to transportation. We loved that we could unwind on the balcony while taking in the night scenery of Taipei.
My children wished there were more pillows available for comfort.

This place is a commendable fit for a short interlude in Taipei with great value for the money. The balcony overlooking the garden was a nice touch for enjoying my mornings. Consider looking for the reception area as it's a bit hard to find.

Loved the convenient location right by Taipei Main Station! Makes travel easy 🚆 But the room felt cramped with two king beds, and lighting could be better.

The serviced apartment's prime location atop a mall ensured easy access to public transport and a variety of dining options. The apartment was well-stocked with a fridge, in-room safe, and tea-making facilities. While I enjoyed the comfort of my tidied room, the water heater took some patience to master.

The location is convenient, and the spacious room was a pleasant surprise with great night views. Some amenities such as extra pillows could be improved, and the check-in process had minor delays that could be streamlined. Great for families or longer stays, but the management should consider improving service efficiency.
